Membership Overview
The Membership allows you to accumulate credit on a monthly basis, which can be used towards treatments at LHP Aesthetic & Skincare Ltd. By subscribing to LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Clinic Membership Club (the “Membership”), you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) as below.
Membership Tiers Available
Bronze – £50 per month
Silver – £100 per month -save 5% on skincare and receive 2 complimentary facials (months 6 & 12)
Gold- £150 per month – Save 10% on skincare and receive 2 micro-needling treatments with skin booster per year (months 6 & 12)
Platinum – £200 per month – Save 15% on skincare and receive 3 micro-needling treatments with skin boosters per year (months 4, 8 & 12)

The monthly fee (the “Membership Fee”) is collected on the same date each month by direct debit, and will be credited to your account to be used towards eligible treatments at LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd.
The Membership Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Gold, Silver and Platinum VIP Members do not qualify for Treatcard Points in addition to Membership Benefits
Payment terms
Monthly payments (the “Membership Fee”) will be collected on the same day every month by direct debit and will be credited to your account to be used towards eligible treatments at LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd. The Membership Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Use of Credit
The credit accumulated through the Membership can only be used by the member themselves and cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.
Credit can be used for all eligible treatments and products at LHP Aesthetics & Skincare, subject to availability and clinical suitability.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Accumulation and Expiry of Credit
Credit accumulated does not expire as long as the Membership remains active and in good standing.
If the Membership is cancelled or terminated, any remaining credit on the account is non-refundable but can be used as part-payment for the cost of a treatment/product.
In the event of a membership being cancelled with credit remaining, the balance must be used within 90 days, after this time the credit will expire.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note that all appointments booked using accrued balance of the membership subscription are subject to LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd general cancellation policy.
Namely:, ‘A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required for the rearrangement or cancellation of any scheduled appointment/service’.
Any fees owed due to a breach of the cancellation policy i.e. late cancellation or no-shows will be collected from the membership balance.

Cancellation and Termination of Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time either via the Stripe portal, or by providing 30 days written (emailed) notice to LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd.
LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd reserves the right to terminate your Membership if you breach any of these Terms.
Refunds
The monthly Membership Fee is non-refundable.
Credit accumulated through the Membership is also non-refundable and can only be redeemed against eligible treatments as outlined in these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
LHP Aesthetics & Skincare Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via email. Your continued Membership after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By joining the Membership, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them.
